Yes, the irony was not lost on me while writing this essay. I thought it was quite funny that this essay was both giving her attention while talking about how we shouldn't give her attention. I was hoping someone would point that out, and you did! I hope that was funny at least.

Like any essay, the point here is to express my opinion in a convincing way. I am very aware that I don't have total control over other people's brains or opinions. In essays, one conveys their opinion while trying to give a convincing argument. That is my goal. Obviously I don't have control over the entire world and their opinions, this is often assumed when one writes an essay.

There will also be people who have different political views than me, no matter how much I write or how good I write, I will not control everyone's mind, nor do I intend to. I am aware of that. For example, there are still people who are nazi's and are out there still preaching hate, and there will people who resonate with that image. There will also always be people who associate trans people with rapsists simply because they are trans. I am aware that I can't control that. I am simply writing an essay, expressing my opinion, and attempting to provide an argument for it. Writing an essay doesn't mean I beleive I can dictate how others think, or that everyone in the world will eat it, agree with it, or even listen to me. That's not what an essay is.

Good luck to you!
