Yeah as a cis woman, I found it amazing that in the past you were able to talk to previous male students about sexual harassment. Honestly, as a teacher, I don't think I would be able to talk to a male student about sexual harassment, for fear of this exact same response. I honestly had no idea that male-presenting people could actually do that. I didn't think anyone could. Now I'm realizing it's just a thing they do to women. If I was in this situation I probably would have taken to some sort of administrator or organization around women's rights and reached out for a third party to help. People wonder why women don't report sexual harassment, truth is, even the woman who tries to help the victim may get her life destroyed. As a trans woman, you are especially vulnerable to this sort of bullying.

It's really messed up, and it teaches us all to be silent. Then they use the silence against us; interpreting our silence as consent, when in truth speaking out can result in our lives being destroyed and violence.

Ahhh, victim blaming.
