Of course it’s impossible to figure out the exact number, as people lie, but most likely is in that range.
As for women who have been assaulted, between 25-30%. As before, accuracy is hard to pin down, but it’s most likely in this range. This makes a woman 3-10 times more likely to be assaulted than a man to be falsely accused of sexual assault, so no, it’s not the same logic at all. There has been research here, math does exist, and the estimated numbers are dramatically different.
