Not all fat people can lose weight. I have lipedema, as do 11% of women. Yes, I can lose some weight, but the lipedema fat I cannot lose unless I have surgery, which is about 90K, no insurance will pay for it. I live a low-carb life style, and exercise extensively, and am 225 lbs. I cannot lose anymore weight. I don't eat sugar, or carbs, and spend half my time in ketosis, (any more and my doctor warns it would harm my internal organs more). I Can't possibly lose more weight and have surgery. Don't assume all fat people can lose weight, for me it's honestly not possible unless I have 90k to burn on surgery.

You comment that fat people can lose weight, is ignorant and often false.
