I’m totally in shock of the number mysgonist that have left angry, defensive, illogical, and bizarre comments on this post. What the hell is happened to medium? Everyday I run into another incel here who’s every argument is blaming women for the worlds problems. Christ.

I think this article brings up some good points, mainly how insecure and defensive men can get when you bring up equity, and the commentators here have further proved this point.
As a white person, I think it’s healthy to lean into such questions “why is there a lack of diversity in my workplace? What is going on” fish don’t know that water is wet, it’s a good question. Much better to learn into than wave my hands on the air and loudly declare “IM NOT RACIST HOW DARE YOU!!!”

You bright up some interesting topics and here in the comments Im seeing men yell “It’s all women’s fault! It’s their fault!!!” Their insecurity and lack of reflection says volumes.
