I’m super confused by what you mean to give women attention. Can you be more specific? Also, I’m confused about this line. If you were hired for a position that involved giving women attention, and you hate giving women attention, why would you accept the job? Were you like a secretary or assistant to multiple women? Did you have clients who were women and you didn’t want to talk to them?
If giving attention to women was the job expectation, why would you accept it? Perhaps you are in a female dominated occupation and are feeling like a minority , are you maybe a nurse, teacher, or something?
