I went and read that article. This quote disgusts me.

We're supposed to feel empathy for this "sweet girl" loving her Mom? Where's the description about how this nice "I Love You Mom" girl stabbed an innocent girl 14 times? Where's the description of how these 4 teenagers ganged up on and cornered the victim, taking her purse, stabbing her 14 times, threatening her, yelling slurs at her. Where's the descriptions about the poor victims mom!!! Can you imagine being called to pick your young daughter up from the hospital because she was assaulted, stabbed, and nearly died? Where's the empathy for her? Why are we supposed to feel sorry for Ms. Fucking Summertime because has to be behind bars after brutally stabbing an innocent girl and nearly murdering her? Because she decided, in a group of 4, for no reason, to attempt to murder an innocent girl? Well, I bet the victim also loved her Mom. I bet her Mom was suffering way more pain than fucking Summer's Mom. I bet the victim is in way more hurt than fucking Summer is being behind bars while the victim was in the hospital after nearly dying, from stab wounds. That victim will never be the same, she will carry these horrid scars around, she will have PTSD, She will forever be haunted by this. Meanwhile poor summer WTF is sad she has to atone for her actions. She doesn't have any scars, she is healthy as can be. WTF.
