I have done martial arts with several trans woman, none of them had any physical advantages over other cis women. Some were stronger, some were weaker, I never noticed a consistent advantage. I also train with men, and do see an advantage with them.

I'm sure there exists a trans woman somewhere who is stronger than cis women. People come in all different strengths. But every body is already different. I personally train with trans women and haven't personally seen an advantage. I do know a trans women who is very tall, even tall for a male. Sure, she does have an advantage as a tall person, but she isn't more muscular than the other women.

I can see the concern over trans women doing sports with cis women, in theory. But as a cis woman who does infact train with cis women as well as men and trans women, it hasn't really been issue. Does there exist a trans woman somewhere who is stronger than cis women? Probably, but I wouldn't say it's a hard and fast rule. But I feel like many assume that any trans woman has an advantage simply for being trans, and my experience as someone competing with/against trans women, it's really not. I think we need to look at the reality of execution more than just the theoretical.
