Hmmm. Wow, I guess I know a lot of the top 2 percent then. Well maybe because it’s an invasive, aggressive surgery that has serious long terms consequences and not everyone wants it or finds it necessary, or are willing to accept the risk and consequences involved with it. It’s quite and invasive procedure with a long recovery time. Not everyone can afford it, there are limited doctors available, wait lists are often a year in length or longer. Maybe because anyone who is serious about such a surgery will give it lots of time and thought before jumping into such a major change. More importantly, why do some people feel the need to wonder about other people's genitalia and question other's personal decisions around their genitalia?
Now I personally have enjoyed having sex with both post opp and pre opp trans women, so yes, I often think about my partners genitalia (I have found both quite lovely), but I’m willing to believe that you don’t have sex with them, so why obsess over someone else’s privates?
