Based off of this definition, say there was a bisexual woman who only dated women, but was to some degree attracted to men. Would she be considered a lesbian? I believe the reverse to not be true. For most of my life I was a bisexual woman in a relationship exclusively with a man, but I didn’t consider myself straight.
Sorry to split hairs, but the nature of your article is to clearly define that.
Is a lesbian someone who exclusively is attracted to other women, or a woman who only dates other women? I would think attracted to. Many lesbians had to engage in lavender marriages back in the day:
