Anger is a perfectly normal, healthy human emotion. Everyone gets angry at times. Anger is especially important because it can motivate us to call for change when something is wrong.

Now if someone does something harmful, cruel, or abusive out of anger, that is definitely problematic. Like any emotion, fear, anger, sadness, it's important to think before we leap, and accept and deal with our emotions and think before our actions.

Emotions such as anger are fine. It's what we do with these emotions and the actions we take we need to be careful around.

Writing an essay, expressing my opinion, is an example of healthy and productive way of enjoying an emotion. I wouldn't say I was angry when I wrote this, more annoyed with the way people listen to JKR, but I can see how it came across as anger.

In short, writing an essay to express my opinion on something is a healthy, productive use of my emotions whatever they be and in no way are harmful to others. There is nothing wrong with being angry, what's wrong is doing something toxic or harmful out of anger. Emotions are not bad, bad behavior choices are.

And it's also perfectly healthy to write an essay expressing my opinion. There is nothing wrong with giving 'protest' to something that I feel is wrong.

I think it's important to call out when I see something that is wrong.
